Planned Order Quantities are coming in Decimal..(Need Help..!!!)

Hi

In ASCP workbench, Planned Order Quantities getting in decimal. Business is not going to change the existing set up as follows-

1. Round Order Quantites checkbox in Item Attribute is not checked.

2. Business is not going to change Fixed Lot multiplier.

Actually Supplier scheduling file is getting failed at EDI because of this decimal quantities.

Please help.
