CONFLICTS WITH PERIOD NET BALANCE

Hello GL Gurus,

For some reason with in GL, "MAY-12" Period data seems to be created Duplicate or Corrupted record and when User ran the GL-132Char Report found "CONFLICTS WITH PERIOD NET BALANCE".

User knows the GL JE it was already posted and got reversed but NO-USE.

I created SR on it last week, but didn't hear from them. I already uploaded SQL Diag steps out of "R12: Scripts To Check Inconsistencies in GL_BALANCES [ID 472159.1]" Metalink Note.

Can you throw some light or your thoughts.

Should we delete them (but already posted) or are there any ohter methods to resolve this kind of issue.
