Apply patches 11659432 and post requisite patch 10038286 gives an error when compiling the INVTVTXN  form. Manually compiling it gives the following error:
$frmcmp_batch module=$AU_TOP/forms/US/INVTVTXN.fmb userid=apps/xxxxxxxx output_file=$INV_TOP/forms/US/INVTVTXN.fmx module_type=form compile_all=yes
