PDF will not come up on screen in IE 8
I've had the issue before where a user will go to work with submitted jobs and click View PDF and it will flash on the screen and not come up. Here are the fixes I have that have worked before:
1. Change registry entry in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\TypeLib\{EAB22AC0-30C1-11CF-A7EB-000
0C05
BAE0B}\1.1\0\win32
to
c:\windows\system32\ieframe.dll
2. Change IE settings under download in the Internet Zone for security to enable auto prompting for downloads and also enable file and font downloads.
