Clusterware Version 11.2.0.3

My one node viz. node2 GI binaries got deleted accidently. The whole GI of one node is gone. I have copied the the GI binaries from node1 to node2 and ran the root.sh, However since my node2 olr and its backup is also got deleted so I am getting error while starting the cluster. I have tried to restored from the $GI_HOME/cdata/clustername, it got restored but still getting error.

Error in alert log file from node2:-

[ohasd(8250)]CRS-2112:The OLR service started on node racnode2.
