PAY: Reason for Retro

Hi ,

Is there any way or existing report in oracle to find the actual reason why retro element is triggered?

Please advice.

Example : For one Employee retro element of employee contribution has been triggered. I have observed that there is no fast formula change, no salary change, assuming no change in element entries post run.
