Using QP_Attr_Mapping_PUB.Build_Contexts in a custom PL/SQL Code.

I have a requirement to extract the discounted price from MSRP price list for certain customers. The customers will be identified using a E-Commerce Enabled flag on the customer account. For each e-commerce enabled customer, go through the MSRP price list and extract the discounted price and create a flat file to be used in the e-commerce system. The discounts are defined in the modifiers setup and use MSRP price list as the modifier list qualifier. The modifier lines each has qualifiers that are a combination of customer_type and Item_category. Let me explain using an example:
