Purchase requisitions are approved but the status shows as In-process

Purchase requisitions are approved by the manager and the status shows it is in In-process only.
I have checked the manager is in the hierarchy and is eligible to approve. The View action history shows the requisition is approved but the requisition line status show In-Process.

This has affected for many purchase requisitions. Please let me know your thoughts.
