Update Channel LOV in Oracle R12.1.3
I can find the CS_SR_CREATION_CHANNEL look up in Service Lookups, but it is a system table. And I'm unable to update it. Is there another means of updating this LOV? My users are requesting an additional value in the Channel LOV to choose from. The Channel LOV in our environment is used in both Customer Support legacy forms, Customer Support HTML pages and Service Desk HTML pages.
