Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 64bit (Build 7601) and Agile PLM 9.3.0.1

Desktop OS: Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 64bit (Build 7601)

We've two users with the above desktop OS, new install, new computer.

He has the correct version of java (6.18) installed and running.  He _can_ login to WCM and Java client ok.

When he tries to view attachments in file viewer he has problems: "When I select a file and View a new window opens but only displays a samll "X" in the upper left corner; no errors are displayed."

Advice?
