Bill Presentment Preview icon on Invoice Workbench

Is there a way to hide the bpa preview icon from invoice workbench. I could find the function which can be disabled in the Menu attached to the responsibility.However, we want to completely hide this icon.

How can this be done. In the forma personalization I could not find the target object name for this icon.
