Can not over receive blanket release that has multiple shipments for the same item

We have this issue with over receiving blanket release with multiple shipments in Mobile Supply Chain applications.

Create a balnket release with 3 shipments.Receive in shipment line 1 through MSCA for qty more than the line qty.
qty goes to next shipment line and does not allow you to over receive.

Anyone knows, how to fix this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
