Receiving foreign currency Trial balance in to US ledger

We are using R12 EBS and have only one ledger in US currency and didn't have any foreign currency transactions so far.

Now we have a requirement to bring in a foreign currency TB's into our system. Do we have to create seperate ledger? What are the options we have? Please advise. Thanks!
