How to add a Company logo to the "RTF Template" for the Excel output in XML Publisher?

Hello Everyone,           
               I am facing Logo problem in XML Publisher, But for PDF output logo is displaying but for Excel output logo was not displaying.Can anyone suggest regarding this........
              GOAL: How to add a Company logo to the "RTF Template" for the Excel output in XML Publisher?
