Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

question about fresh install: 12.1.3 + 11.2.0.3 (single machine)

Hi all

we successfully install a 12.1.1 on a RHEL 5.7

then we patch the 10.1.2 OH and upgrade the 10.1.3.4 OH to 10.1.3.5

Now we have a existencial doubt for the next step:

* upgrade first the db from 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.3 and then upgrade the EBS to 12.1.3

or

* upgrade first the EBS to 12.1.3 and then upgrade the DB.

what do to best? ....any others adviced are wellcome.
