Finding Recommended patches for Individual eBusiness Suite Products.

Hi we are about to start building some new modules on an existing 12.1.3 E-Business Suite. I am trying to locate a recommended patch list for each product, however on searching on MOS only database patches appear on the recommended list, and if search by product release over 400 patches are listed. Is there an easier way to identify the best patches to start a build on?

Products are Sourcing, iSupplier, Contracts and Fixed Assets.
