Disable Territory Matching Attribute see in Territory Qualifier

Hi,
when we assigned task to resources in dispatch center window at that time In Schedule task screen system gives error ""No Territory matches the selected task therefor no resources were returned."
In Territory Qualifier tab(schedule Task) we are seeing more Matching attribute ( Group Owner, Postal Code,Service Item )
as we enable only one matching attribute "Postal Code"
Why we see More than one matching attributes
