Organization Charts from JDE Data?

Our VP of Corporate Services recently posed the following questions:

1 - Is there a software “add on” that might be able to use JDE data from the HR system to create organization charts with pictures?  Some people in the company have an interest in having pictures with our organization charts.  Since the data “of record” is in JDE, it might be more productive to utilize that data base to create the organization charts than to use VISIO to do it manually.  Could there be the flexibility to use that information in various ways  (like on our Intranet)?  I wondered if there might be other options that other JDE users might
