New printer/ old custom reports troubleshooting
We recently began using Hewlett Packard M602 printers and now, a few of our custom reports cause these new printers to malfunction. The only symptom is that the LCD display on the printer rapidly vacillates between "Ready" and "Processing".
Has anyone else encountered this? Any idea how to begin the process of tracing the issue to its cause?
