Character Limit when Copying a Class Name in OLM

We are using Oracle Learning Management; 12.1.3

A user has recently reported receiving an error message when she tries to copy a class name in OLM.  The error is, 'Value Change is Constant:  [class name] exceeds the maximum allowed value (VARCHAR (80, -127)).

I did some testing and found the error occurs when trying to copy a class name that has over 74 characters.  The user insists that she has been able to copy names with more than 74 characters until just recently. 

I was wondering if anyone else can confirm whether or not they are experienicng the same character limitations.
