Proper privs & owner for 11g trace and alert directories

I'm working to resolve the EM warning about access to the alert and trace directories.  Another DBA installed the software as orasw:oinstall, with 775 permission.  EM raises a critical policy violation, "Ensures that access to the trace files directory is restricted to the owner of the Oracle software set and the DBA group".

My best guess is that at some point, (at least) the alert and trace folders should have been modified to orasw:dba and 770.  I'd appreciate confirmation and source before I make a mess.  TIA.
