Going Mobile* - Mobile My Oracle Support
Last Fall, Oracle announced its first version of a mobile solution called Mobile My Oracle Support.
This was the first version so it had only the basics. Roll forward to
early-2012 and the next release included a few bug fixes and features.
New features including a few for Service Request (SR) management and
driven by customer feedback.
Going Mobile
There are three ways to access Mobile My Oracle Support.
1) Point any modern browser to https://support.oracle.mobi
2) Download a Native App on your platform
3) Using a high-resolution tablet, go to https://support.oracle
