RMAN controlFIle & SPFILE not backing up, failing with RMAN:03009 failure of Control File and SPFILE

Hello Experts,

    We have 11G R2 dastabase on Windows configured to take RMAN full backups everynight. I observed that the backup is successful but is failing to backup the ControlFile and SPfile. I could see the below error in our logfile, There is no permission issue on the folder where the controlfile is expected to be created.
