Need information on 12.1.1 Premier Support Policy

 Apps 12.1.1

Customer is currently on apps 12.1.1
Plan to upgrade to ATG tech stack (patchR12.AD.B.delta.3) only in October, 2012. Please note they are not doing suite wide upgrade to 12.1.3

The simplest solution for all EBS 12.1.1 and 12.1.2 customers is to apply the suite-wide EBS 12.1.3 Release Update Pack. We recommend that all EBS 12.1.1 and 12.1.2 upgrade to 12.1.3.

If you need to stay on 12.1.1 or 12.1.2 for a while, you still must apply the ATG 12.1.3 Release Update Pack by February 1, 2012 to be eligible for Premier Support.  The ATG 12.1.3 RUP is cumulative and includes all important technology stack updates released individually for EBS 12.1.1 and 12.1.2.
