Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. We are currently planning to upgrade our siebel 7.8.2.16 (SIA) to 8.1.1 (SIA), and hence would like to know the step by step prcedure for this.

Most of the docs state migration from SEA to SIA, and hence would like to know the steps for the upgrade process if we are already on SIA.

Any documentation reagrding this would be appreciated, and any issues/alerts etc. as well.
