Install Base accounting_class_code not getting updated after CSISOSHP

Hi,
11.5.9 - IB is not getting updated fully after OM Shipment.
Some details that are getting updated are current location, party, etc., but the accounting_class_code stays as INV.

Upon reviewing the csi_txn_errors table no data found for this order / instance.
However, the SFM is showing some vague messages as below:

Summary: Failed to Process Message - 8233026
Message: Event Manager Failed to Process Message with ID 8233026.  The following error was encountered when processing the message.  Exception occured when handling message Id: 8233026
Error:-1086 ORA-01086: savepoint 'DPL_SP' never established
ORA-06512: at "APPS.XNP_CSISOSHP_U", line 259
ORA-01086: savepoint 'ONE' never established
