Planner ESU JL19279

Hello everyone

I am trying upgrade my planner esu so that i can use business services

I was adviced in the oracle documentation that first i have to apply the JL19279 which is the new planner esu.

I have read that i have to apply special instructions.

I would like to know if i have to first install the JL19279 and then apply the special instructions or first run the special instructions and then install the JL19279.

Besides that in the special instructtions i have to sections the All sections wich i think i must apply and then there is an upgrade section which i am not sure if  i should apply it or not.
