Un-expected error on Leave of absence

 hi,

i getting a problem (oracle R12 .0 .4 )there is one employee once he want to open Leave of absence page he got an error  'Un-expected error' i have refresh his profile ,restart the countainer even bounce apache bt it didnt solve .

Please Help
