Link between Tax Rates and Tax accounts tables

Hello All,
Could anyone provide the query to get Tax accounts associates with Tax rates. When we create Tax accounts for Tax rates, which tables get populated? If they are zx_rates_b and zx_accounts, how these tables are linked?
