Hard Disk not recognize after replacement

Dear All,
I have storage (A) and storage (B)

- Storage (A): has one faulty hard disk and all hard disk has firmware low version

- Storage (B): all hard disk has firmware high version

I try many time to take one hard disk from storage(B) to replace a faulty hard disk on Storage (A), after replacement I see the status on hard disk is blue but not recognize and checking status in CAM is still fail, I don't know why?

Please kindly give any idea on this.
