Problems while applying Patch 9239090

 Dears ,

I was applying Patch 9239090 , I got the below errors :

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au resource ASTSLLIB.pll
au resource OKLCSAST.pll
au resource OKLCSREQ.pll
au resource OKLCSGTR.pll
au resource OKLCSHDR.pll
au resource OKLCSASD.pll
au resource OKLCSSTT.pll



An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms library files.
Continue as if it were successful [No] :

I accidenty closed the above session what do you recommend ? Please advice
