Vanilla buttons enabled in Read-Only Views.

Hi All,

        Customer is using read only option for a few responsibilities.

However - it appears to work for New, Delete, etc options but still allows a user to hit buttons like Shutdown/StartUp/Offline/Pause/Submit Job in Administration - Server Management Screens.

Is there any way this can be fixed?

Please let me know your valuable inputs.
