Issue when releasing planned orders -- "I_Modeled_supp_site_id"

 All,
When i release a planned orders (Buy item) a note appears as I_modeled_supp_site_id. I would like to know if any of you have come across with this note earlier.
Why this note is appearing when we release the planned orders.
