Pre-Req Patch 9413827 for Upgrading GI from 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.3

Hello:

I just applied the pre-req patch #9413827 as a pre-requisite to upgrading Grid Infrastructure from 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.3 on both nodes in our 2-node RAC environment.  The patch appears to have applied fine -- "opatch lsinventory" shows the patch applied successfully.  All Grid processes seem to stop during the patch application and have started back up okay via the patch.

Checking the logs for both nodes in $GRID_HOME/cfgtoollogs, I see errors in both logs containing the following messages:

2012-07-24 13:48:04: return code for shared check is 256
2012-07-24 13:48:04: output of sharedness check is
 Verifying shared storage accessibility

 Checking shared storage accessibility...
