Testing strategy for upgrading from 10.2.0.4 to 10.2.0.5

Hello,

Am looking for some direction from those who may have performed this upgrade or those who may have some recommendations.  We will be upgrading our database from our current level of 10.2.0.4 to 10.2.0.5 soon and was wondering if anyone has a testing strategy for this.  Are there certain areas that my team should be focusing on?  Are there any known issues?  Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated!
