ISO: self paced APEX learning resource for PLSQL developer

 I am an experienced PLSQL developer, just got assigned to a project that uses APEX.  Management talked about sending me to APEX training at first, but it does not look like it is going to happen.  I have to find ways to teach myself.  Would anyone like to recommend good self paced learning resources?
