Do archive logs stored in the FRA have to be backed up before they become obsolete when their creation date is earlier than the recovery window?  I am performing an incremental data copy backup.  Many archive logs get generated daily and since they are already stored in the FRA it doesn’t make sense to perform a backup where those files will exist on the same device.  A nightly disk backup of the FRA is performed.  The server is on a VM with Cloud storage.  It appears that the only way I can get rid of the obsolete archive logs is
