Disable "Send EMail" button on Activities/Tasks?

The "Send Email" button on Activities/Tasks includes e-mails of all attached users and contacts. This can be dangerous if it is intended to be an internal e-mail and clients/prospects are included.

Is there a way to disable this button or remove it?
