Issue opening forms after fresh install of R12.1.1

Hello everyone:

I did a fresh installation of R12.1.1 on OEL 5, I am having issues opening forms on a freshly install of Oracle E-Business Suite Relapse 12.1.1 environment.

I can connect to the main applications login page and application manager successfully, but unable to open any of the Concurrent Request" or "Administer" form-based forms when I click these links nothing is happening. Basically I am unable to open any of the form-based page. 

I manually installed java 1.6.0_07 comes with R12.1.1 fresh install and tried opening the forms but nothing is happening. I have java 1.6.0_17 installed on my machine to support 11.5.10.2 environment, In fact I disabled the 1.6.0_17 version of java to avoid any version conflict but still having issue opening the forms.
