What will happen in GRID Control when a target host has a name change?

Part of our disaster recovery is after the DR server databases are recovered, we shut down the DR server, rename it to match the production server (name and IP) then start up.

When installing the Grid Agent, the configruation files all store the DR server name.

So what happens to Grid Control when the renamed DR host tries to connect with a different server name?

I hope that makes sense.
