Manual Instance Creation

Hi All,

Whenever i am trying to create a manual item instance i can see the Master Org is coming as the Organization for the instance by default.

I need to change it to some other Organization,so that whenever i create a new instance it should show the New Organization and not the Master Org.

Can anyone please suggest if there is any set up or any change in any Profile option is required.
