Hi

We are on 12.1.3.We have enabled a DFF in Service request title of Oracle Service and

We are displaying this DFF in Contact center –Service requests tab as Entitlement (prompt name).

We have written a sql query to default a value and while trying to change the default value,we are getting an error.

 

Error message:

CS_ServicRequest_PVT.Update_SR_Validation.
