11g Grid Contro monitoring Oracle 11g Fusion Middleware

Are there any known issues with 11g Grid Control(11.1.0.1.0) monitoring 11g Fusion Middleware environment (WLS: 10.3.2.0,Oracle Portal, Forms, Reports and Discoverer 11g: 11.1.1.2.0). 11g fusion middleware environment was already configured with Enterprise Manager. I had trouble logging in to OEM for Fusion Middleware. I had to restart the whole environment to overcome this issue. Before i installed 11g grid agent, I was extensively using OEM for Fusion Middleware for accessing logs, start/stop of managed servers. I have stopped grid agent on this server and currently using OEM for FMW. I recently applied patch 9882856 to grid agent software. Is this patch causing any issues?
