patch 6678700 fails

@/apps1/oracle/apps/apps_st/appl/bsc/12

during the upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.1 the patch fails on workers

 FAILED: file bscidxrebuild.sql on worker  1 for product bsc username BSC.
   FAILED: file bscpmadi.sql on worker  2 for product bsc username BSC.
   FAILED: file bsctblsp.sql on worker  3 for product bsc username BSC.
