FA 'Views' and 'Packages' updates between 11.5 and 12 - be visiblle in TOAD?

Hi,

I'm doing a review of changes between ORACLE FA and wondering, are 'Views'  and 'Packages' visible within TOAD for Oracle - (one can see various tables and sequences) by a product support person?    OR are these attached in some other method that is not normally visible...or more 'behind the scenes' where DBA people can onlly see...
