Revaluing IAC enabled Assets that have salvage value equal to historic cost

I'm trying to carrying out a proffessional revaluation using the IAC revaluation from, but the preview reports keeps ending in a red error.  Is this because the salvage value on the asset is equal to historic cost so the asset has never created any depreciaiton?
