Can Enterprise Manager be installed without the Grid option or is it all bundled together now?

I want to install Oracle Enterprise Manager to manage about 10 oracle databases with Diagnostic Pack.

I found the download install files only for GridControl for 11.1, but did not find OEM without GridControl.

Is it bundled together and no option without GridControl if I just want basic OEM?

If so, how do I get the install files for basic OEM without GridControl?
