VOID option is disabled in payment

 HI,
We have paid a prepayment invoice,when i try to void payment,the VOID option is disabled.No customization is implemented.Payment status is NEGOTIABLE.It is not cleared in CE and NOT reconciled in CE.Also prepayment invoice is not matched to any standard invoice.The prepayment invoice status is AVAIABLE.
