transaction date is showing wrong when transferrd sales order through auto invoice.

Transaction date is shown as 28-apr-2012, when the sales order date is 28 mar and request date is 12 may for non shippable item, dont understand from where this 28 apr is displayed as transaction date. can anyone suggest the solution..?
