Work Order Capitalizations

Dear All
I have to transferred work order costs to fixed assets module for additions/capitalzations, I have followed all the steps by closing work order & than to initiate capitalization in billing & capitalization form, the message is appeared that capitalization is initiated but when I find work order costs line in mass addition form of fixed assets module, it shows nothing in mass addition line.
Is there any step I am missing?
